Tom Cooke leads Explore Performance, a thriving global leadership development business with over 20 facilitators from the world of performance and exploration – delivering content across APAC, EMEA and The Americas. He lived in Sydney for two years followed by a nine-year stint in Singapore before moving back to his home country of England.

Through this, Tom has gained invaluable international experience and travels globally for work when not spending time with his wife, three children and golden retriever, Napa.

Tom has always been passionate about sports, and loves outdoor activities much like the facilitators who work with Explore. His entrepreneurial spirit thrives as he navigates the business landscape, building relationships with diverse clients worldwide.

Tom King started Up 2 Speed in October 2012 along with business partner, Nick Dorney. Today Up 2 Speed is considered the market leader in providing sales, pre-sales & partner development solutions to our clients within the IT industry.  Their goal was to create a learning organization that was fast paced, and flexible enough to bring best of breed learning solutions to match their clients requirements.

Up 2 Speed is also pushing the boundaries in on-line & mobile app design, working across a range of industries.  In 2019 both Tom & Nick became shareholders in Singaporean leadership & development consultancy, Explore Performance.

Explore Performance drives leadership effectiveness & the creation of true high performance team culture within the corporate world via the use of their amazing interactive adventure simulations.

No More Boring Conferences!   Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his family (wife & 4 kids, all maniacs) watching sport (mainly Rugby & Cricket), and maintains a keen interest in history. Tom is also in the process of writing a book about his experiences as a sales rep in Asia, called “By Appointment Only”.
