Welcome to Explore Performance ("EP") Executive Coaching, designed to help you achieve your professional goals with the guidance of a dedicated EP Coach. Our coaches are all ICF PCC/MCC accredited and have a corporate background.
Over a period of 9 to 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with your coach for as many hours as you need to be successful in what you want to achieve.
Our proprietary coaching process consists of four proven phases: Awareness, Assessment, Action, and Achievement. The EP Coach engages confidentially with you throughout the process, helping you to unlock your full potential.
As part of the process, you'll undergo an in-depth diagnostic interview and be assessed using Hogan Assessments, which provide insight into your "inner-core" effectiveness. What drives you as an individual. Your coach will also conduct stakeholder interviews and a 360 assessment to gain insight into your "outer-core" effectiveness. In other words, what is the behavior that other people see.
If requested, the EP Coach will "shadow" you as you conduct organizational development meetings, deliver presentations, and interact with internal and external stakeholders. This allows your coach to gain valuable insights and offer observations in multiple sessions as you work together to build and implement your custom leadership and personal development plan.
EP Coaching is "stakeholder" focused, with your coach guiding you to professionally engage your stakeholders throughout the process to gain powerful insights about your leadership strengths and development gaps. We utilize an online Feedback Survey process at three-month intervals to obtain feedback from stakeholders and determine if you are improving in those critical areas identified in your leadership development plan.
